Booking Your EOFY Party.
Easy and Secure Booking Process: Planning your EOFY event at The Smash Room is straight forward. Once you’ve estimated how many people will attend the event, we will ask for a 50% deposit upfront to secure your booking, as we’re expected to book out and need to reserve the space. This helps us prepare the best possible experience for you and your team by rostering staff and setting up your experience in advance.
Standard Terms and Conditions: Our terms and conditions are designed to ensure that everything goes smoothly on the day of your event. These include provisions for staffing, room preparation, and our cancellation policy, which we’ll walk you through during the booking process.
